We bumped into a new camping product the other day that we think is pretty cool. Orikaso offers a line of colorful dinnerware that is made of flat sheets of plastic that fold, origami-style, into plates, mugs, bowls & more. These are great for saving space in your backpack, are easy to wash, & are environmentally friendly because they are reusable.
